Development theory and new system of technology of high-efficient eco-agriculture in rural area of Fujian Province

  • 摘要: 高效生态农业的应运兴起丰富了农业强国建设的内容, 对其深入探索与不断完善是实施乡村振兴战略的重要举措与运营载体。本研究在总结保障供应、资源节约与环境友好型农业发展经验的基础上, 进行高效生态农业的科学内涵和理论内涵的延伸和拓展, 构建“县域-区域-流域”高效生态农业建设主体框架, 剖析高效生态农业在乡村振兴进程中的建设思路和发展目标。高效生态农业是生态农业的提高和升华, 本研究依照福建省现代农业提质增效与农业强省的建设要求, 提出福建乡村生态产业化与产业生态化融合发展新集群构建; 因地制宜营造人与自然和谐共生的宜业宜居乡村融合体; 深入探索并创立福建乡村碳中和管理新机制与创业新体系等新技术体系优化构建与实施对策, 进而探索创建乡村产业化+生态化“双化协同”开发与农业经济效益+生态效益“双益统筹”发展的生产经营模式, 因地制宜推动富有区域特色的高效生态农业转型升级, 是全面推进乡村振兴的有效路径。
